iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus

The two basic models in the new series are the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. The smallest model is the iPhone 14 with a 6.1-inch OLED screen, while the sibling model, the iPhone 14 Plus, has a larger 6.7-inch display.

Both models have a redesigned main and front camera system, support crash detection with an automatic call to emergency services, and support SOS messages via satellite (although only in the US and Canada initially).

Furthermore, both models also include the same Apple A15 Bionic system chip that was introduced with the iPhone 13 series last year. If you want all the advantages of the new A16 Bionic, then the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will suit you.

The price of the iPhone 14 starts at £849 while the iPhone 14 Plus costs from £949.

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max

If you want all the latest and greatest that Apple has to offer in a mobile phone, then you should aim for the new iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Here you’ll get a completely new screen with Always-On technology that shows important information even when the screen is not activated. Another novelty is that the cutout on the front of the screen, is now pill-shaped and is an integral part of the notification system in iOS 16.

The heart and brain of the new mobile phones is the Apple A16 Bionic. A completely new system circuit with a greater focus on energy efficiency rather than higher performance. In addition, you’ll get an even better camera system than the smaller sibling models – the main camera now has 48 megapixels!

The price of the iPhone 14 Pro starts at £1,099, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max costs from £1,199.
